Document Legalization
1. Each Document to be Legalize has to be signed by:
- A public notary of your province
- The signature of the public notary must be authenticated by the proper authorities.

- Once you have obtain both signatures on your document, you must sent it to the Consular Section of this Embassy with the following:
A Money Order of $10.00 USD to the name of EMBASSY OF GUATEMALA per document signed by the Chamber of Notaries of the Province.
A prepaid, self-address envelope to return the document to you. (For your own security we recommend express-Post or a courier company of your choice. If you do this by Courier you must provide us with your account number or credit card to cover the courier fees.)Printable Legalizations Information
