Documents below are need to apply for Temporary Residence in Guatemala and the whole process is done in Guatemala.
Require Documents
- Original passport and authenticated photocopy .
- Certification of validity and good standing of the applicant's passport, issued by the competent authority of your country of origin or by the Embassy or Consulate of your country of residence.
- Two recent pictures.
- Proof
of absence of criminal record issued by the competent authority in your
country of origin or in the country (countries) you have lived during
the past five years. If in such countries this document is not issued,
the applicant most provide a written proof of its denial.
